How Manyface Music Creates AI Generated Music
All music released under Manyface Music begins with original lyrical composition and structural direction. AI tools like Suno assist with vocals, instrumentation, and arrangement. However, the concepts, themes, and written material originate from me. In addition, I compose melodies to use as input to these tools before AI is ever involved.
To reduce the risk of unintentional copyright infringement, I follow these safeguards:
1. Originality-First Prompting
Every generation prompt explicitly instructs AI tools to produce unique material only.
All prompts begin with the following directive:
“Generate original vocals and melody only. Do not imitate or use the style of any existing artists. This music must be unique and not resemble any copyrighted vocals or melodies.”
This ensures that AI generated music is guided toward originality from the outset.
2. Stem Separation and Similarity Review
All generated stems are reviewed before public release or commercial distribution.
Final vocals and instrumentals are separated using AI stem separation tools. Each component is then analyzed with music identification systems to check for similarity to known copyrighted works.
